Hwy 441 & Fairgrounds Road
A mixed use retail and office development has been proposed to the Madison, GA Corridor Commission. This mixed use development features two 1.25 acre parcels accessing Route #441 with a curb cut bisecting the two parcels. It is envisioned that these two parcels would be acquired as Restaurant sites.
The rear 6.72 acre site would be developed into a mixed retail / office development. Access for this development will be from two curb cuts from Fairgrounds Road. The development will also have shared access from Route #441. A total of 115,000 square feet of office / retail has received preliminary approval from the Madison Corridor Commission.
The office/retail development features two story condo type units with an attractive streetscape and brick storefronts that create an “old town” environment. The entire plan is within the C-3 zoning and is in keeping with the theme that Madison is looking to create.
