Pricing is $675,000 per acre or $850,000 per site.

 

         Lot #3             A 6.7 acre parcel with direct access onto Fairgrounds Road and shared access to Route #441.  This parcel has received preliminary approval for 115,000 square feet of mixed use (office / retail).  The plan is in accordance with the existing C-3 zoning.
