who have done this on a national basis for many clients in many situations. We
try to understand the motivations and objectives of buyers, sellers, tenants,
and landlords. We anticipate the issues in advance and offer market based advice
every step of the way. We also have relationships with regional and national
commercial real estate companies and tenants.
Commercial Real Estate Management
The Principals of South Pointe Commercial have managed over 6.0 million square
feet of commercial real estate on a national basis. The key to successful
commercial real estate management is efficiently managing the facilities to
generate maximum return for our clients. We do this by following the Facilities
Management Playbook, which we have created to manage your properties.
Construction Management
South Pointe Commercial offers both commercial contracting and construction
management services to assist in new construction and/or tenant build outs. A
conventional bid, design build or flat fee can be offered to assist in any of
your commercial construction requirements.
